Introduction to Master Class in Earned Value Management
In this class, we will discover the methods related to earned value management or analysis.
We will start by creating a project plan and evaluating what happens when we start the project execution step. How will the project evolve, and what will be its schedule and cost positions?
Once the basic EVM parameters have been defined, we will define schedule and cost-related indices that will enable you to estimate the project outcomes and evaluate if the project can still be profitable or not.
