Ir. Luc F. De Ceuster, PMP

Luc De Ceuster graduated in 1982 as a Civil Engineer in Construction and Mechanics from the Royal Military Academy (132nd Polytechnic class).

After completing officer training at the Engineer School in Jambes, he joined the 1st Engineer Battalion in Cologne as a platoon commander and later served as Deputy Company Commander. He subsequently worked as a Project Officer for Military Infrastructure in Leopoldsburg before joining the 14th Engineer Company in Arolsen as Company Commander.

After his military career, he joined the Belgian Aviation School, where he worked as a lecturer and taught courses in mathematics, aircraft instruments, autopilots, aircraft operations, and navigation systems.

He then became Director of Environmental Technologies at Beton De Clerq in Bruges, followed by roles as Account Executive and Director at IBM and AT&T, respectively.

In 2006, he founded APraCom, s.r.o. in Prague, where he developed and delivered courses in Project Management, Operations, Finance, Quantitative Methods, StatisticsAI, and related subjects. He taught at various business schools in Prague, Slovakia, Ukraine, Switzerland, and Belgium, and also provides training and consultancy services to a wide range of companies.

From 2018 onwards, the De Ceuster Academy concept was developed, offering courses via online video-on-demand. Several courses were created and are also available through ieNet, and other Partners
